SGA Missions

SGA faculty and staff will be taking a group of students to Liberia, Costa Rica during Spring Break to participate in a few projects to benefit the community.

We will be partnering with Build and Restore International and serving in the area near Liberia, in northern Costa Rica. Our team will have the opportunity to put faith into action by helping build a church, participating in evangelistic meetings, and serving at a community Health Expo.

Of course, a mission trip isn't all work! We will also have some time to enjoy Costa Rica, including souvenir shopping, a fun evening at a waterfall, and more. We also hope to visit Alajuela, where SGA’s 2018 Mission Trip helped build a kitchen for one of the local SDA churches. It will be a special opportunity for our students to see firsthand one of the accomplishments of a previous SGA mission team.
